燉了一個下午的義式蔬菜湯與友人做的超級好吃墨西哥辣椒起司麵包真是絕配,太好吃了!好幸福!!很想念出門玩… 很想念家人朋友,索性燉個湯有益身心!!

還有已經連續16天早晨做瑜珈了,實在沒有需要趕去哪裡的藉口,所以就慢慢打坐吧,這點挺好的。一起加入🧘♀️吧!

Staying home forces you to get better at cooking, that’s definitely wonderful ha. Nothing better than the soul soothing minestrone soup on a rainy day (served with the delicious home made jalapeño bread made by our friend).. While I’m really missing friends and families terribly, I’m glad I finally have time to really do yoga and meditate everyday. It’s day 16 for me.. hope we overcome this soon!
